Model Railroad Clubs have had group displays for a long time.  Each club member builds one section of  a train layout that they join together to produce one massive train layout for contests and mall displays. 

For aircraft modellers, it has been more difficult to do group builds without the display becoming massive.  But here is something that is very interesting, attractive and doesn't take up much space on the display tables....but the best part is....it looks good!!!

This display is the brain-child of Huub van Dijk with help from others.  It was built by 7 members of the IPMS-Netherlands. All are members of the IPMS-Midden Nederland, a branch of the Dutch IPMS. It's part of the new SIG Naval Aviation (brain-child of Joop Ruijzendaal).  The display includes 8 aircraft all using Aeromaster decals of a Aeromaster Sheet: USS NIMITZ CVN-68 Carrier Air Wing Eight 1977/78.
