History

The F-15 is known to be the best fighter of the world. Very expensive, it was sold to very few air forces. With few versions, in 1990 the F-15E Strike Eagle appeared, ready for the ground attack role.  The IDF/AF - Israeli Defense Force/Air Force ordered several fighters with the first planes were camouflaged.

The model:

This is great model in the scale 1/32. A good model, despite of not having come with the external tanks and ladder.

Painting:

My model was based on a old review Scale Modeller'79 of which was a F-15A - 1/48 from Fujimi. Their colors are:

Ventral parts in Light gray - FS 36622 (in the review had this color); Dorsal parts in Yellow sand - FS 33531, Tan - FS 30219 and Green - FS 34227.
