Here are some pictures of my Tamiya 1/48 North American P-51K Mustang.

It is finished in the markings of Col. Robert Hall, of the 25th Fighter Squadron, 51st Fighter Group, 14th Air Force while based at Kunming China during 1945.

I used the Tamiya Korean War F-51D to model this CBI P-51K.  This model was built, essentially out of the box and finished with SnJ and Aero Master decals.

This kit has to rank as one of the easiest and most satisfying kits to build.  I do not think you can find a subject which offers a more diverse choice of schemes than a Mustang.   For viewers wishing for greater detail in terms of the building and review of the kit, they are invited to refer to the September issue of SAMI, Vol. 7, No. 9.
