Model is Hasegawa's 1/48th A-4B modified back into an A4D-1, not too tricky you just have to keep an eye on all the details! The 150 gallon "peanut" tanks are modified Aero-300's from the Hasegawa 1/72nd AV-8B kit, and the nuke is a Mk-7 from the RM F-84 model. A little artistic license in having a dayglo trials nuke under a service aircraft but I couldn't resist!
Model is finished with Mr Color acrylic laquers (the hot ones, not the Aqueous ones) and the decals are from Cutting Edge. This is my fourth Hasegawa Skyhawk, but I appear to have a breeding colony of them in the model pile! Obviously getting ideas from my 72nd Hasegawa Phantom colony! Drewe
