The
Hasegawa kit is beautiful, very complex, but has some faults. The
biggest problem was the nose angle that I corrected attaching the nose section
to the engine turbine and then both of them to the main body looking to get the
right angle.

I detailed the cockpit walls, opened the front landing gear bay and opened the integral
ladder and handles along the right side of the nose. I added the harnesses to the seat and
an Eduard HUD.
Paints where mainly from Humbrol, the decals are the excellent Twobobs 48-075 sheet. Weathering was done with Promodeller wash.
After two years of working on and off on the kit, I
finally finished just in time for a model show that the Israeli IPMS club made for the F-15I squadron.
