F-5E Tiger Islamic Republic of Iran AF Here is my latest model. This one I finished after several months of not building anything at all due to lack of free time.
The kit I used is the excellent MHM copy of the Italeri's F-5E. I managed to put a Eduard PE set in the cockpit which I liked very much. I also managed to rescribe some panel lines and add some riveting. I also detailed the canopy from the inside and added a Pavla resin ejection seat. The pitot tube is made from hypodermic needle and acoustic guitar string. The guns are also made from hypodermic needles.
I managed to mix the colors from various pics downloaded from the
internet. The weathering is homemade wash and Tamiya weathering set.
I used Hi-Decal Line Iranian tigers decal sheet. The weapons are from the
