D-Day - Allied Landings in France in 1944

 

 

The Typhoon built by Hawker was to replace the Hawker Hurricane and face the Fock Wulfs’s as a fighter, but ended up flying ground attack missions after D Day over France mainly.

The build was flawless, the paints are Valejo and Revell.  The panel outlining is Valejo burnt umber.

The decals are out of the box and the seat belts are scratch built.
