Here is a couple 1/48 CT-155 Hawks. Both built for someone else. The CT-155 Hawk has been in use by civilian contractors to teach Canadians how to fly fast jets. The RCAF thought about tradition and gave this group squadron status again. That of 419 Moose squadron. In their last guise these guys flew CF-116 A and D Freedom Fighters as lead in trainers for Starfighters and later Hornets.

The models themselves are not bad at all. The plastic does not have the crispness of Tamiya or Hasegawa but the finished model sure looks the part to me. The markings are both supplied from the same sheet as produced by Caracal decals. Very nice and bright printing. The blue is the standard fleet paint scheme. The cam'd represents a Lancaster in WW2 419 squadron markings.

Look for a couple 1/32 scale Hawks coming soon.
