This Italeri kit is much nicer and easier to build then the Hasegawa kit, much more detail too. The only aftermarket is the ejection seat. Only because I had one in my stash. The kits seats are perfectly usable. The kit comes with a much nicer engine then the old Hasegawa kit. Big addition is the servicing stands for the engine and what I really liked, the boarding ladder.  The decals were sourced from several places. The kit for most of the data. Belcher Bits CT-133 sheet for the 1970 style intake markings, and Leading Edge for the airframe specific stuff.

The model built represents the last Starfighter built by Canadair. As near as I can find, after yet another budget cut, this airframe was sold to (I think) Norway in around 1973 or 74.

I have never seen an aftermarket company make decals for this short lived scheme, hence courses the markings needed from 3 different companies.
