Italeri "MiG-37 Ferret". Built this many years ago after watching the sub fighters on Seaquest DSV. Entirely hand painted, as is apparent from the knobbly texture. Upper surface is dark blue with lighter blue 'waves' to simulate light filtering through the water and lower surface is light blue with a crackle pattern like the Seaquest's living hull skin.

Decals were swiped from various Navy aircraft and are heavily silvered on the matt
surface. And yes, thats dust in the intakes! Even a soak, shower and brushing didn't get it off.
