This is a rather odd scale 1/100 Trumpeter AN-12. I built this kit out of the box, with the markings of the Chinese Civil Aviation Authority. I suppose in the old days they used this aircraft to ferry supplies and even livestock to far flung corners of China, especially western regions.

Overall the kit is average with some fitting problems in the wings/fuselage areas. The cargo clam doors were closed as there were no details inside. Some pastel chalk is applied for the weathering effect.
