This is my good friend Mike Wood's Monogram B-24J Liberator done as the 'infamous' Dragon and his tail.  The Monogram kit was built basically out of the box with the addition of the Superscale decals.  The kit is quite detailed as are all the 1/48 scale Monogram multi-engine kits are. Mike tried to use the Koster replacement turrets for this kit--but in the end gave up.  Mike does commissioned models to order.
