Model represents a plane from training squadron VFC-12 "Fighting Omars" also known as "Aggressors" and based on Hasegawa's F-18D Hornet “Night Attack” kit. The minimal changes have been made because the given kit is the early D version more similar B version of Hornet.
The cockpit was assembled from BlackBox 48038 set. For finishing I used ModelMaster enamels and TwoBobs 48016 decal. For greater appeal I make all control surfaces are mobile. All weapon and equipment are removable except central fuel tank. Crew ladder removable also. The canopy can be fixed in two positions. Two set of ejection seats have been made for cockpit. It has allowed to photograph the model in the most various configurations.
The process of assembly was simple and afforded great pleasure to me.
