BattleWarMechBots -- giant fighting machines from a future age that has routine interstellar travel, but has forgotten how to make steel.   These fearsome engines of destruction appeared in the role-playing game Macho Women with Guns (BTRC, 1988).  This miniature spent most of the 1990s on display in the game and hobby store where I worked; unfortunately, while on display it was been broken and glued back together several times (you can see the scars in the photos).

The limbs and weapons are from FASA's "Plastech" Battletech miniatures;  the torso is a ping-pong ball.  The armored vehicles and helicopter are 1/288 scale microarmor.  Someday I hope to build a new BattleWarMechBot in 1/72 scale.  For now this will have to do.
