For a kit that's fifteen years old, I was very impressed with the detail and fit. It has raised panel lines, a first for me and over stated rivet detail, but I think it kind of compliments the overall rugged look of this interesting little airplane. I replaced the kit cockpit with a very fine resin set from Black Box.
I airbrushed the SEA. camo scheme free hand using Model Master acrylics. The kit decals were awful, so I raided the spares box and came up with everything except the pilot info stencil. Finally, a flat coat and some pastels finished the build. Overall I am pleased with the outcome. Jerry
