These two
"Flying Fortress" examples were enhanced with a tooth wheel done by
free hand (because the job is completed in a matter of minutes.)

I also detailed the
bomb bay and opened the crew hatch of the OD version. Like most Monogram oldies,
these models are spot on with respect to dimensions, but require a lot of work
to cover the seams and suffer from mis-alignment of the thick transparent parts
and the respective position.
Also, like in this
case, the decals show their age. Results nonetheless, are well worth the
effort not to mention the bargain price for such a large piece of plastic.
