This model I have made already in 1985, it is the very familiar, well known Hasegawa kit. There are several extra's on this model and all scratch built. Of course there is the second cockpit and there the right side avionics bay, the parachute bay and the engine bay on the underside of the fuselage.

For the canopies there are used parts from the Tamiya F-14 canopy, some clear parts of the Hasegawa kit and some transparent plastic card, molded in a hot water bath for the right shape!

The original plane was from the Royal Dutch Air Force during the conversion flight in 1965 operating from AFB Twente in the Netherlands. This flight was known as the "Dutch Masters"  ( See my hand panted logo on the Staf's tail ! )
