1/48 Revell A-37B Dragonfly VNAF

--------------------

Here is my 1/48 Revell A-37B Dragonfly.  I built this kit straight from the box.  This is my 2nd model aircraft that I have built.  The first one was a 1/48 O-1A / L-19 Bird Dog by Model USA.

My uncle is my biggest inspiration to build VNAF aircrafts.  He was an A-37B Dragonfly instructor based out of Phan Rang during his latter years as a VNAF pilot before the dark day in April, 1975.

Since he was in the 920th Training Squadron, I wanted to do this bird with the logo of the training squadron on the tail known to the VNAF as "Trung Tam Huan Luyen Khong Quan", but could not find it anywhere so I have to settle with this.  If anyone knows where to purchase this logo, please let me know.

Even though the model has raised panels, the details are good.  The instrumental panel is decal applied.  The kit comes with (2) pilot figures, this comes in handy for a Training Squadron although I only did one figure.

Thanks for looking at my A-37B Dragonfly.  Enjoy!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
