Today the Israel IPMS held it's annual meeting, this year we have decided not to hold it at the Israel Air Force museum because the museum is located in the far south and is not too convenient for most people. This year we met in Herzeliya, which is just north of Tel-Aviv, in the centre of the country.

There was a very good turn out, and quite a lot of wooden ship models and some surprisingly accurate card models.  Some of the armour models were spectacular, and there were some very nice aircraft too. Tamiya's 1:32 scale F15 took first prize.  Eduards 1:72 L39 was also a nice build.

Our friend Ra'anan Wiess from Isradecals displayed his amazing 1:72 F16I,  and the usual master modelers Ya'cov Buchbut, Yuval Kizner (that's his in-flight Phantom), Yoav Efrati (who contributes to Scale Aircraft Modelling magazine), Ofer Tzidon and (Major) Ilan Versai all displayed beautiful models. 

An enjoyable event.
