Here is my first
model to appear on ARC. The new Trumpeter F-100D converted into a Royal
Danish Air Force F-100D that belonged to 727 Squadron at
Skrydstrup AFB Denmark. The kit is converted with opened an detailed panel
and outlet on the spine, a scratch build type F-102 afterburner, Danish
type Martin-Baker ejection seat from AMS-resin, inert bombs from an
Academy F-18, decals from Stoppel Decals plus home made decals. The pilot
figure is from Reheat. Paint is Humbrol green in different shades covered
with Future and then a final coat of Aero Master flat clear acrylic. The
model was build in just one month in time to participate in IPMS-Danish
Nationals where it won a 2nd price in classs B.
