After reading an article about the Polikarpov I-152 in SAMI, it interested me and I decided to build one in Finnish Service in WWII. The cockpit is resin & photo-etched metal and takes the usual test fitting and adjusting but does work out. I used invisible thread for the rigging, drilling holes in the wings and fuselage, pulling the thread through and holding it taut while the gap-filling superglue set with a drop of accelerator. A little black paint and it looks OK. I used Floquil paints left over in my stash from their old Military colors line from the DioSol days :-) The kit builds nicely and was a fun break from the more common aircraft I usually do.
