This is my 1/48 Esci (ex-italeri) A-4E kit # 4021 that I converted into a  A-4C.  I used a conversion set from KMC and decals from Aérocalcas.  This conversion is for a A-4C of brigada aéra Argentina during the Falklands war 1982.  I dreamed of this Skyhawk and decided to build it.  I chose to begin my model by using the Esci A-4e.  I then cut the nose, the A-4E is a little longer that the A-4C.  My KMC set  helped and of course I used cyano (glue).

I used the following Humbrol paints for the camouflage on my Skyhawk:30,28,129,89,33.  To darken the panel lines, I used a pencil, so as not to risk making a big disaster on my paint job.  I am a fan of the Argentine Air Force and I intend to build all the Argentinian Skyhawks.
