This is my first TBF-1C Avenger with USS Petroff Bay markings in April 1945.

I build this kit from the box, I just added Montex mask for the markings and scratchbuilt the exhaust pipe.

I paint the kit with Gunze acrylic paint H54 for the "Non specular sea blue",  H56 for the "Intermediate blue" and Tamiya X2 for the "Non specular white".  I used pre-shading effect for the White color and post-shading for the two blue colors.
