The Revel kit of the longbow is actually the old Monogram kit with a new sprue tree that has the parts needed for the "D". I started with the cockpit, Revell gives new front panels but they needed improvement, so did the cockpit side panels with a "D" new layout. A new cover was built for the front main panel and the two fuselage sides were joined together. The
Saraf wings were from Isracast conversion no 48012. The Isracast conversion no 48012 is intended for the Hasegawa kit and will not fit

door hinges were made for the engine compartment also new thin fences between
the two engines. The engines were not cemented to the fuselage yet. It is easy
to paint the Israeli scheme without them. Isradecal
no 53 was used with every stencil given on that decal. Some
detail was added to the gun sight sys in the nose and the missile engines were
drilled, also the eyes were replaced with clear plastic cap. The
fuel tanks where from Isracast conversion with some drain pipes added to the
down side. Flat acrylic coat was given and weathering was done with pastels and oil colors.
