This is the 1/12 scale resin Explorer 1 satellite kit by RealSpace Models. I used Tamiya primer & paints & over coated it with Future. The name plate is copied from the Glencoe 1/6th Explorer 1 kit decal. I also made the clear plate cover from a plastic CD case cut to size. It is a nice little kit that goes together really well. There is a companion kit, RealSpace Models 1/12 scale Sputnik that I'm still working on to add to my collection. Hope you like it & please e-mail me with your constructive comments.
