As to the starting point, I took the mythical Hasegawa kit in 1/48 scale dedicated to the F-14B Tomcat, adding only the resin cockpit from AIRES n° 4149. First of all I painted the model entirely in black, and then I started with dry cleared Light ghost grey with a few drops of white color individually each paneling, and after completing this stage according to about 30 cm from the aircraft and when I finished this, I aligned everything. Click on images below to see larger images Then I masked the cockpit zone and tails and I applied the black and after re-applied black with few drops of white, because the black color is never black. I used the CAM decals n° 48-058 for Grumman F-14B Tomcat BuNo 161428 of the VF-103 Jolly Rogers, CVW-17 USS Enterprise (CVN-65) in the 1996. Finally I applied two layers of transparent paint coating.
I applied the decals and helping me with the softening of GUNZE, after I applied another layer of glossy transparent. Finally as you can see from the photos, using tempering color black.
