The F-104 "J"  is the version built by Mitsubishi for use in the air defence role from 1962. A large variety of colour schemes appeared on the One-O-Four in Japan,  sometimes appearing only on individual aircraft like this one : an Aggressor N° 5 wing (squadron 204) in 1986.

The opened Electric bay area is from CMK, it needs a long work to be in nice position between the nose gear bay and the fuselage.

The C-2 ejection seat is from Eduard set, a long work again, but a surprising result for this scale. As the Hasegawa cockpit is pretty good I only used the Eduard set  for instrument panel.

I used several greys from Gunze and Tamiya acrylic paints.
