This is the new 1/48 resin cockpit for the old Revell/Monogram EA-6B. What can I say, but "my goodness"...this set is big in size and also in the number of parts....and detailed beautifully. The set consists of 32 pieces of the typical cream coloured resin common to all Black Box sets. This set has 4 seats as to be expected with the Prowler....but it's a weird feeling to open a set and find 4 ejection seats. The seats are nicely done and have 2 different placements for the seatbelts which is a nice touch. All the instrument panels are detail rich, as is this whole set. The level of care and attention that went into making the masters for this set is stunning. If you like the Prowler even one tiny bit...then pick up this set.....the quality is so sweet that this will sell fast. Now all we need is for Revell/Monogram to re-release the Prowler kit....which will no doubt happen sometime in the future.

| Detail rich cockpit tub |
The detail on the cockpit tub is hard to capture in pictures....there are hose and wires in the rear seat foot wells among other places....simply amazing work was done on this cockpit tub. there are more picutres below to try to capture the detail rich cockpit tub.

| 4 ejection seats....with 2 different seat belt layouts |
Four beautiful delicate ejection seats......with 2 different placements for the seatbelts to add a it of variety. Small details like this are much appreciated by the average modeller.
