Here's the latest release from IPMS Canada. This is their 1/48 RCAF P-40 decal sheet. This decal sheet includes markings for 5 different P-40's including 4 Kittyhawks IA and one P-40K. The Kittyhawks IA is the British designation for the P-40E with slight internal differences (different radio etc).

#1 Kittyhawk IA AK863, TM N out of Patricia Bay in May 1942.
Plane #2 Kittyhawk IA AK905, LZ D out of Anchorage Alaska in Summer
of 1942. For nose art this Kittyhawk has a Thunderbird totem pole painted
on the left side of the engine cowling.
Plane #3 Kittyhawk IA AL194, LZ V out of Anchorage Alaska in Summer
of 1942. For nose art this Kittyhawk has a Thunderbird totem pole painted
on the left side of the engine cowling.
Plane #4 P-40K 245954, out of Kodiak Alaska in January 1943.
Plane #5 Kittyhawk IA 1047, out of Kodiak Alaska in Summer of 1943. This planes has the word BITSA on the left side of the fuselage beside the cockpit.
