1/48 Paveway II LGBs product # 48-006

This resin set from AMRAAM Line includes 2 resin GBU-12 Paveway II LGBs. These would be suitable for Naval Air Forces on F/A-18's, Harrier's and others. The parts come cast in resin and include 2 main bodies and 8 thin "nose" fins and 2 nose pieces. The bodies of the bomb are cast with the rough Ablative Cover on the centre section of the bomb. The casting is well done.

You will be required to remove a casting block from the base of the bomb and you will also be required to remove the nose fins and nose piece from a casting block. The removal of the resin parts from the casting block should be a very quick and simple job. From there you need to spend a few minutes cleaning up the parts in preparation for assembly with CA glue. When assembled and painted these GBU-12's should provide an effectively detail bomb load high level. A well done product and sure to be very welcomed for modellers look for 1/48 GBU-12 LGB's.
