The Spitfire in general has a very complicated cockpit with the fuselage bracing behind the pilot seat.  You get a choice of using a multi-layered photo etch instrument panel as well as a resin instrument panel with decals for the instruments.  The cockpit floor is beautifully detailed as well as the sidewalls with added smaller parts to add further detail the sidewalls.  The seats is a stunning multi-part unit that includes resin and photo etch parts.  You get a choice of 2 headrests in two different thicknesses.  The throttle is a 3 piece unit that includes resin and photo etch parts.  The cockpit door in cast from resin in 1 piece and includes the prybar that is attached to the door and includes the red warning decals for the inside of the door.  The cockpit door is designed to be posed in the open position, which will help show off the cockpit detailing.

There are 6 pages of instruction in the usual line drawing format that Eduard is famous for and which are so easy to follow.  The instructions also include painting instructions.

You will be required to fold the photoetch in this set, but if you have one of the Hold & Fold photo etch benders from The Small Shop, then this will be an easy process.  They have a variety of benders for sharp corners as well as rounded corners and in many different sizes.
