This new resin correction set from Cutting Edge Modelworks includes correction parts to make the 1/32 Trumpeter F-105 kit.  The fin and rudder on the Trumpeter kit have some definite shape issues.  

The issues regarding the kit parts include:

• kit rudder is far too narrow in chord
• rudder shape is totally wrong, being a parallelogram in real life
• mass balance at the top was corrected and lengthened to the correct shape
• fin itself has some shape problems as well, including the taillight and APR-36 fairings

This set corrects all that and is completely different from any other correction sets on the market.

Resin casting is of a very high quality and all detail is very well done including the recessed panel lines and rivets.  It's good to see this conversion set from Cutting Edge Modelworks for those modellers that want to get all the issues on their big F-105 just right.......1/32 is a big scale and it's worth it to sort out these issues to make your finished model more accurate and correct.
