This detail set from Griffon Model Accessories includes one resin fuel tank and a photo etch sheet to add detail to the 50gal. British fuel tank for the underside of the Spitfire.

You get all the details need for the
fuel tank mount on the centreline of the spitfire underbelly between the
wings. The resin casting is very sharp
and the photo etch is very well done. As usual
Griffon
Model Accessories
has done an outstanding job
getting the fine details into this set.
The instructions are helpful and easy to follow and are included on 2 pages. This set is pretty straight forward and should be easy to assemble if you go slow and apply your CA glue carefully. You will have to fold and bend some of the pieces of photo-etch but it's not that tricky......use a sharp straight edge or a photo etch bending tool. This set will permit you to have highly detailed external fuel tank load on your next Spitfire model. Steve |
