This new conversion set is produced in the Czech Republic by Master X and UMM-USA is the only company selling this product in the USA.  UMM-USA is the company of Master Modeler John Vojtech.....builder of the Award winning 1/72 AC-130 at the 2005 US IPMS Nationals and the award winning 1/72 B-2 at the  006 US IPMS Nationals.  

This set is made from resin is designed for the Monogram kit and includes both skis, attachment parts for the landing gear and a decal sheet for a Ju-52 that served in Russia.  The decals are of a high quality and have solid colours, but appear beautifully thin.

    You get enough parts for the skis for the main landing gear as well as a little ski to replace the tail wheel.  The ski halves line up will but they will require a tiny bit of sanding on a sheet of sand paper laid flat on a desk to get a clean mating surface.  The instructions are simple and easy to follow.

I have a deep fascination for winter aircraft, so this set caught my interest and will give you a exciting new option for that Ju-52 you have sitting in your kit stash.
