This new decal sheet from Cutting Edge Modelworks includes markings for a very colorful 1/48 F-100D.

The aircraft featured on this decal sheet is the F-100D-25-NA, 55-3637 with the 20th TFW Wing at RAF Wethersfield, Essex, England.

This is the beautiful silver-painted jet with the large red/yellow/blue lightning bolts on the fuselage and fin, and the red/yellow/blue bands around the nose. This was one of the most-requested schemes in Cutting Edge Modelworks F-100 survey!

The decals are beautifully printed on 2 decal sheets and you get plenty of color for your bare metal F-100D. This was a colorful time for the USAF and this particular jet is a prime example. It's good to see such a colourful scheme of this classic jet for the Trumpeter kit.

The decals are up to the usual Cutting Edge Modelworks quality with perfect registration. These colors on these decals are bright and vibrant.

A very nice decal sheet and combining these colorful markings with the multi shade bare metal finish on the F-100D will look excellent when completed.
