I'm not sure what it is......but black tails on a twin tailed jet look awesome. This sheet features two black-tailed beauties from VMFA(AW)-225 and VX-30.  You get enough markings for both jets so don't worry about having to decide which to build.....you can build them both.

The first jet is a F/A-18D BuNo 165684 with the VMFA(AW)-225 "Vikings" in February 2007.  This jet has the fine-blade AN/APX-111 IFF antennas on it's nose.  The paint scheme is a two tone grey scheme with black markings for the top center section of the fuselage and the inside and outside of the tails.  Tail art is a white spade (such as you'd see on a playing car" with a black boned skeleton wearing a top hat on the outside of the tail and on the inside of the tails is the famous Viking head for VMFA(AW)-225 with fin flashes at the tops of the tails in the same shade of blue as the Viking head artwork and they are provided as decals to keep things simple.  National insignia are full colour Red/White and Blue.....which looks excellent!!!

The second jet is a F/A-18B BuNo 163115 with the VX-30 "Bloodhounds" in April 2007.  The paint scheme is a two tone grey scheme with black markings and black on the inside and outside of the tails.  Tail art is a Red Star with a yellow outline (provided as a 2 layer decal to ensure perfect registration) on the outside of the tail and on the inside of the tails is the famous 3 headed wolf hound for VX-30 "Bloodhounds"  with fin flashes at the tops of the tails in yellow.  National insignia are full colour Red/White and Blue and the jet intake warning triangles are in full colour red (provided as a 2 layer decal to ensure perfect registration).....which all looks very colourful!!!

Special thanks for their help on this sheet goes out to Gary Bihary and Daniel Perezvertti.

I'm seriously partial to two seaters, so this sheet really got my attention.....it's definitely worth checking out if you are as in to two-seaters as me..
