This latest release from Aires features 2 resin wheels and painting masks for the Mil Mi-8.  

This is pretty straight forward.  You use the painting masks to paint the wheels, then install these detail rich wheels instead of the kit wheels.

The quality of the resin casting is flawless and bubble free.  The 2 pages of instructions are pretty easy to follow.
