This latest release from Aires features a complete resin cockpit for the F-6F-5 Hellcat and is recommended for the Eduard kit.  

The cockpit set is pretty complete and includes: 

• Resin Seat

• Resin instrument panel with photo etch and acetate instrument panel overlays.

• Resin cockpit sidewalls

• Resin cockpit floor

• Rear bulkhead of cockpit including the pilot's padded head rest.

• Resin lower control panel between the pilot's legs

• Plus many smaller resin items to add further cockpit detail

• Plus a selection of photo etch parts for the instrument panel, seatbelts and smaller details throughout the cockpit to add further detail

The quality of the resin casting is flawless and bubble free and the addition of the stainless steel photos etch pieces help to round out this set and give you the level of detail you want to properly dress up this cockpit.

I continue to be impressed by the ever improving level of detail on these resin cockpit sets.  This one includes fine wiring molded into the resin parts and the addition of photo etch gives this Aires detail set an extra level of detail I appreciate very much.
