These are high quality waterslide decals for
the 1/48 Spitfire Mk IIs. This decal sheet includes all four individual aircraft markings, with national markings for any one aircraft.
The whites of the roundels are double printed to prevent paint colours showing through.
There are 2 pages of instruction sheets giving you the layout of the camo scheme
and placement of the markings.
Like most people I
have an admiration for the Spitfire and this decal sheet captures this iconic
fighter at a time when it was struggling to defeat the Luftwaffe in the skies
over the United Kingdom. The Luftwaffe was still a mighty force and the
Spitfire (and Hurricane) were fighting a tough battle daily. The 4
Spirtfires on this decal sheet captures this time period with 4 very interesting
aircraft.
This decal sheet is
also available in 1/72.
