It really is hot in Texas...This is at Bell Helicopter in Arlington, TX.  They had a rollout ceremony there for the CV-22 and four C-130s were brought in full of big shots for the ceremony.  The pilots were warned that the asphalt on Bell's taxiway was thin and might not support the weight of the aircraft in the high heat.  But, of course, they knew better.
