This is certainly no easy kit to build. Sure I can knock out some models in a couple days. This one took well over the norm for me. Finished watching an entire season of Star Trek then the first season of Discovery. Good thing I was on vacation at home with not much to do. This kit has really poor instructions. Instructions that show parts that do not exist. Huge amounts of flash and several parts that were badly misshapen.

This model was built for someone else who is presenting it to a family member of the crew of this plane. He was killed on mission back in 1944 or 1945 while this plane served with 438 squadron RCAF.

The clear parts are vac formed. Lucky they gave two sets. I needed them. The bombs.......the bombs.....Good thing they are under the plane, no one can see them that way. Model has zero locator pins and most of the plastic does not match the part its attached to. A lot of sanding will be required if you build this one. Mind you, the cockpit is very nice as is the front innards of the plane. Too bad you cant see them through the vacu-form "transparencies".
