HI everybody, this is my first submission to ARC.  I've been building models since I was 7, I am now 31.  My first kit was an Airfix Me Bf109-E/7 in 1/72 scale that had been offered to one of my brothers, who was absolutely uninterested in building models... after that I had a long period building Matchbox kits, the ones with 2 or 3 colors molded parts, then I built a lot of Italeri and discovered Tamiya ten years ago, building 1/35 AFV as well as 1/48 WWII aircraft.

This model is mostly built OOB, with only some scratchbuilt additions for the engine. Decals are from the box and it's totally brushpainted with Humbrol Metalcote Enamels. I'm not particularly a fan of aftermarkets items and I have two left hands when I try to airbrush... So I prefer to stay at a very basic level in our hobby, just taking pleasure with what I do, even if my models are not always very accurate.  Tamiya's kits are some kind of marvels for lazy modellers as I am.  You can buy a box and if you shake it long enough, you can obtain a perfect model.  If you have any questions to ask or (friendly) comment to make, feel free to contact me at fr_pierre74@yahoo.fr

 Happy modelling, guys.

Frédéric
