The
idea of “Prop Fiesta” cropped up during an informal gathering of
regular modelers of M Workshop in November 2006. Bernard Cher, the
“Father” of M Workshop, who is always passionate about promoting scale
modeling, went ahead with this idea and managed to convince our local
Tamiya agent in Singapore, Stargek to sponsor some exciting prizes for the
event.

This
mosaic picture above shows the entire list of entries for the group build.
Bernard has painstaking took studio quality photos of each individual entry. A-1
US Navy Skyraider took the Best of Show award while the Kawanishi N1K1 Kyofu
Type 11 took Best Tamiya Aircraft award.
With this
sizzling spicy Prop Fiesta that just ended in January 2007, M Workshop is
currently running another Group Build. If any ARC members planning to
visit Singapore for holidays, you must drop by M Workshop and experience passion
that is driving the place.
