This new decal sheet from Starfighter Decals includes markings for 2 different P-26As in 3 different paint schemes from the late 1930's.  National Insignia for only 1 aircraft. Aircraft data markings for both color schemes included.

Special thanks goes to Mike Lampros, Dave Ostrowski and Mark Tutton.

Sheet comes with 2 sets of markings for the following units:

  • 94th Pursuit Squadron, Selfridge Field, 1935-6. Two color options

  • 19th Pursuit Squadron, Wheeler Field, 1939. Aircraft assigned to the Deputy Comander 18th Pursuit Group. Correct Gold Markings included.

The 4 pages of instructions are clear and include color views of all areas of each aircraft.  The decals are beautifully printed on 1 decal sheet.  There are gold fuselage stripes that are included on the decal sheet and these stripes are very realistically colored.  The paint schemes with their bright pre-war colors and yellow wings.  These colorful pre-war American planes are always a treat to see....they remind me of a more innocent time in history.
